Preheat the grill to high heat.

Allow the steaks to reach room temperature. Season them generously with salt and pepper. Grill them to a rare level, approximately 60-90 seconds per side.

After grilling, set the steaks aside to rest for at least 5 minutes.

Make the Dijon-Garlic Pizza Sauce: Heat a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add the cream, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, garlic, and horseradish. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir frequently with a rubber spatula and cook until the cream reduces by half. Set the sauce aside.

Make the Pizza: Slice the rested steaks into very thin strips. For the best results, use a sharp, straight-edge knife instead of a serrated knife.

Prepare all the ingredients and place them in separate bowls for easy access on the grill: sauce, peppers, tomato, mushrooms, steak, cheese, and herbs.

Roll out the pizza dough and place it on the grill. Using a rolling pin can help with transferring the dough to the grill. Cook the dough for about a minute until it’s lightly browned on the underside.

Flip the dough and work quickly to add the toppings in the following order: sauce, peppers, tomato, mushrooms, steak, cheese, and herbs.
