Description

Japanese Shabu Shabu Meat Soup is a comforting meal that features thin and tender Shabu Shabu meat cuts for fast cooking. This recipe is an adaptation from the one by True Aussie.

Instruction

Begin by placing the meat stock in a large saucepan over medium heat and bringing it to a boil.

Reduce the heat to a simmer and add the chili sauce, noodles, mushrooms, spring onions, and carrots. Allow them to simmer for about three minutes, until the vegetables have softened.

Introduce the Meat Shabu Shabu into the mixture, stirring well, and promptly remove the saucepan from the heat.

Place bean sprouts in large soup bowls and then pour the prepared soup over them.

Serve the dish with either rice or Japanese udon noodles.
